Aumann AG manufactures and sells specialized machines and production lines for components of electric and classic drive chain systems in Europe, the United States, Canada, Mexico, China, and internationally. It operates through E-Mobility and Classic segments. The E-Mobility segment offers specialized machinery and automated production lines for the automotive industry; e-traction engines, inverters, power-on-demand units, and electronic components; and energy storage and conversion systems, such as batteries and fuel cells. The Classic segment provides special machines and automated production lines for automotive, renewable energy, consumer electronics, household appliances, and other industries. Its solutions include systems to produce drive components, including transmission systems, assembled camshafts, camshaft modules, cylinder activation and deactivation modules, and components for valve control systems; and lightweight components that reduce CO2 emissions from combustion engine vehicles. This segment also offers automated manufacturing and assembly solutions; transportation equipment for the aerospace industry; maintenance, retrofit, transportation, and spare parts services; and measurements, prototyping and machining of components. Aumann AG was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in Beelen, Germany.
