It primarily invests all of its assets in units of the CVC European Credit Opportunities S.àr.l, which in turn invests in sub-investment grade senior secured debt obligations of companies. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P European Leveraged Loan lndex, iBoxx EUR Liquid High Yield Index, S&P Europe 350 Index, and HFRX Global Hedge Fund Index.
