In addition, Kenon Holdings Ltd., through its 28% stake in ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, Ltd., operates a fleet of 87 vessels with a total container capacity of 374,636 TEUs. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Singapore. Kenon Holdings Ltd. is a subsidiary of Ansonia Holdings Singapore B.V.
